We seek an experienced, self-motivated individual with a positive work ethic for the fleet maintenance mechanic position. Position hours are late afternoon till 10 PM or later, Monday-Friday. Some overtime is offered on Saturdays when needed. Summary/Objective This position primarily supports all aspects of mechanical service for our customers. It involves working on customer sites for fleet maintenance, ensuring a positive customer experience. All tasks must adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards, and employees should not undertake work they are not trained for. Essential Functions Explain mechanical diagnosis and repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required. Provide repair recommendations, list the required parts, and estimate the hours required to perform the repairs using industry-standard labor guidelines.
