Lifting Technician

This is an exciting time to join Brandon Hire Station as we embark on a strategic growth model within our lifting and material handling product range.

Reporting into the Branch Manager, the Lifting Technician's role is to carry out repairs to own and occasionally customers' lifting equipment according to manufacturer's specifications, to a high standard and ensure that spares are requested in order to facilitate the speedy repair of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, visually inspect and repair equipment, ensuring items made available are safe and fully operational.
• Ensure thorough examination for an item in the hire fleet is completed by a Lifting Examiner.
• Presentation of equipment -Replacement of worn/damaged stickers.Clean all serviced/repaired equipment
• Ensure thorough examination is not overdue on equipment being made available for hire
