Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of all lifting equipment including cranes, hoists, and rigging gear to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform visual and non‑destructive testing to identify any defects or potential hazards.
• Review and approve all lifting plans and procedures ensuring they are in line with company policies and industry best practices.
• Monitor and document all lifting activities providing guidance and support to the lifting team as needed.
• Conduct pre and post‑lift inspections including load testing to ensure the safe operation of all lifting equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and provide detailed reports to management.
• Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
