LIFTING COORDINATOR
Job Summary
The lifitng Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all lifting operations on the project to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dimension load lifting accessories (e.g., beads, shackles, chains) and create/update load schematics using AutoCAD.Accurately calculate loads and interpret load diagrams to ensure safe lifting operations.Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities according to the approved lifting plan.Ensure that only registered and appointed crane operators, certified signalers, and riggers are involved in lifting operations.Verify that ground conditions are suitable and safe for lifting operations and that crane operators perform daily checks of their equipment before shifts.Brief crane operators, riggers, and signalmen on safe lifting procedure...
