Overview

Aviva Canada is seeking an Auto Adjuster to provide stationary telephone adjusting services for Lifestyle products, including collector cars, motor homes (RVs), and snowmobiles. The role is hybrid, serving customers in Canada and the United States, with a key focus on quality and customer service.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze policies, appraisals, and technical reports to assess claim value and negotiate settlement.
• Maintain an active portfolio of Lifestyle Auto claims.
• Effectively advise and counsel customers on Specialty product knowledge while providing timely and outstanding customer service.
• Make independent decisions within designated authority.
• Maintain detailed file records per protocol.
• Participate in ongoing projects and provide process feedback.
• Collaborate with other regional claims teams.
