Lifeguard (Vietnamese Local Only)

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Security Management team, the Life Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of all guests and colleagues within the pool and beach areas. The role requires constant vigilance, strong swimming ability, excellent guest service skills, and full compliance with Rixos standards, health & safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Safety & Pool/Beach Operations

• Ensure safe daily operations at all pool and beach areas in compliance with hotel safety, health, and fire prevention policies.
• Monitor guest activities at all times and enforce pool and beach rules and regulations.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, accidents, or swimming difficulties.
