Job Title: Lifeguard
Reports to: Deck Supervisor
FLSA Status: Part time, Non-Exempt
Summary: We’re looking for an alert, dependable, and safety-first team member to join us as a Lifeguard. This role is the backbone of what we do. You'll be poolside every shift, keeping a watchful eye over our swimmers, and creating a safe environment where kids and families feel confident in the water. - Maintain constant, focused surveillance of all patrons in the facility and respond immediately and appropriately to any emergency.
- Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, and ensure EMS is contacted through the most appropriate means.
