Life Sciences Customer Success Specialist

JoVE, the world-leading producer and provider of video solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will support professors in integrating JoVE videos into their courses, aiming to enhance teaching outcomes and student success.

You will be responsible for outreach to faculty, increasing product adoption, and influencing product decisions through customer feedback. A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is required, along with fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
