**Job Description**

Stanford University’s Department of Urology, Ang Lab (https://anglab.stanford.edu/), seeks a Life Science Research Professional 1 to support defined research projects and independently conduct and analyze experiments. In this role, you will take primary responsibility for, in consultation with the PI, a stem-cell differentiation project focused on generating therapeutically relevant cell types from human embryonic stem cells (primarily liver and vascular/endothelial lineages). Your work will generate foundational data and optimized protocols that support future regenerative medicine applications.

This role consists of independently running stem-cell culture and differentiation experiments, maintaining clear and organized experimental records, and analyzing outcomes using standard molecular and cell biology approaches (e.g., qPCR, immunostaining, and—when applicable—flow cytometry).
