Job Summary
The Life Science Leader, CEMENA is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic development and profitable growth of Chubb's Life Science practice across the Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa region. The role holder serves as the primary subject matter expert and commercial lead for the Life Science segment, working in close partnership with underwriting teams, distribution partners, and global practice leads.
Operating within a matrix structure, these individual shapes the regional Life Science underwriting agenda — setting standards, building market presence, and translating Chubb's global capabilities into locally relevant, technically sound solutions.
