Life & Retirement Marketing Campaign Lead

Horace Mann is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive go-to-market strategies for Life, Retirement, and financial services. You will manage cross-functional programs from concept to launch, measuring impact and optimizing outcomes.

You will partner with agents, call centers, and business teams to maximize program effectiveness. You will develop sales playbooks, toolkits, and briefs; oversee Life & Retirement partnerships; and translate customer insights into compelling messaging and
