Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated, multi-channel marketing programs for Life, Retirement, and financial services
- Manage programs from concept through launch, measurement, optimization, and reporting
- Serve as a liaison between agents, call center teams, and business partners to optimize program effectiveness
- Support sales efforts by developing playbooks, toolkits, and sales briefs
- Manage Life & Retirement-focused marketing and sales partnerships
- Translate customer insights into compelling messaging and customer journey enhancements
- Collaborate with Analytics teams on audience targeting, lead routing, and performance measurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development
