Adjudicate claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy

Job Description

• Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions and ISO requirements.
• Process claims; i.e. approve, reject or withdraw claims within a set time frame, authority limit and in accordance to ISO and SOP standard.
• Handling enquiries and complaints promptly from agents and claimants.
• Co‑ordinate with branches or other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling.
• Provide feedback and drive necessary changes for improvement/system & process.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
