Resumen

Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement while ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities/equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain a good workshop environment.

Responsabilidades Develop, improve the Housekeeping system and 5 S. Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan and meet takt time. Guide the development of standard work time for each location and drive lean manufacturing. Analyze and improve production efficiency; apply ACP when required. Cooperate with the QA department to maintain the quality/ISO9000 system. Guide the workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analyze internal material shortages from manufacturing, and take corrective and preventive action.
