- Setting: Article 16 Clinic
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
- Patient Population: Adults (Ages 18+)
- EMR: PrecisionCareResponsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will:- ReviewMDs referral and persons receiving services medical record prior to determining speech/language therapy services
- Evaluateand assessthe persons receiving services needs and level of functioning in the areas of: speech, language, cognitive & social aspects of communication, voice, augmentative and/or alternative communication (ACC), and eating /management of diet (dysphagia)
- Devisetreatment plans based on the assessment; administer treatment involving the application of communication and/or feeding aid modalities
