- Schedule: 3 days a week
- Hours: 8am to 2:30pm
- Setting: Preschool
- Age Range: 3 to 5 years old Paid note taking will be completed onsite at the end of the day.
Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for:- Providing screening, evaluation, and therapy services, as assigned
- Participating in interdisciplinary case conferences to determine diagnosis and developing appropriate treatment plans for children
- Providing consultation on issues involving effective motor development to teaching staff and other appropriate programmatic staff and programs
- Providing information to families regarding their childs motor development and stimulation
- Maintaining and making all records and reports available required
