Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
- 1 Saturday every 6 weeks 9am - 1pm; Half day on Friday when Saturday is worked.
Health Center Location:
- Primary Location: 3740 International Golf Parkway, Suite 100 St. Augustine, FL
- Saturday Shift Location: 10430 Ray Road Ponte Vedra, FL
