Position Summary
The Charge Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents and coordinating nursing services within a senior care setting. This role implements nursing procedures and programs, collaborates with nursing leadership to achieve care goals, and ensures compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and federal healthcare standards.
