Job Description
- Carry out, supervise, and certify water service and sanitary plumbing works in strict compliance with PUB (Public Utilities Board) regulations and the Public Utilities Act.
- Read and interpret building architectural blueprints, mechanical schematics, and single-line plumbing diagrams to plan and execute site installations.
- Oversee, deploy, and manage on-site teams of plumbing technicians and workers for domestic, commercial, and industrial engineering projects.
- Supervise the installation, alteration, repair, or replacement of water supply pipes, water storage tanks, and sanitary piping networks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve complex piping leaks, system chokes, and mechanical failures.
- Coordinate seamlessly with main contractors, project managers, and government authorities (PUB/BCA) for project submissions, site testing, and official turn-ons.
