License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Our Client, a Behavioral Health company, is looking for a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for their Westfield, PA location. Responsibilities:

+ Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Facilitate group and family sessions

+ Document client progress and update care plans

+ Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning

+ Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams

+ Deliver education to clients, families, and the community

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in social or health services (required)

+ Counseling internship/practicum experience (required)

+ Acceptable disciplines:

+ LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC with addictions recovery experience

+ Preferred license in PA - However will review candidates with out of state licensure
