Job Description:
The User Accounts Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and exceptional service within Access & Delivery Services. This position is responsible for supervising both student assistants and full-time staff, overseeing user account management processes, and maintaining accurate daily staffing schedules. The coordinator also serves as a supervisor on duty, ensuring that service points are covered, issues are promptly addressed, and workflows begin smoothly for the week.
Schedule
+ Standard work hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may be adjusted seasonally during Finals Week and the Winter and Summer terms to align with changes in library operating hours.
