Position Librarian

Location Ajman UAE

We are hiring a Librarian to join our team at our library in Ajman The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and knowledge and possess excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the library collection by cataloging shelving and organizing books and other materials
• Assist library patrons with finding resources and provide information services
• Develop and implement library programs activities and events to promote reading and learning
• Maintain library records including circulation statistics book inventory and patron information
• Collaborate with other librarians to develop a diverse collection of materials for all ages
• Keep up-to-date with new technology and trends in the library field

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Library Science or related field
