LGV Instructor

Purpose of Position

To drive the quality of DPDs driver workforce through the provision of excellent quality practical and theoretical driver training. Whilst Maintaining RTITB qualification status and providing top quality vocational licence acquisition training, periodic training for existing drivers and supporting the Driver Training department and wider business through knowledge and experience of the industry and driving roles.

Key Task & Responsibilities

The tasks below are not exhaustive and requirements may change due to operational constraints or additional business needs.

• Maintain RTITB Instructor status & quality
• Conduct LGV C1, C & CE Vocational Licence Acquisition Training to DVSA standard, preparing candidates for all test elements and maintaining the quality expected
