The Level 4 SharePoint & OneDrive Engineer is the senior technical authority responsible for the design, governance, and optimisation of enterprise voice services, including PSTN connectivity, SIP trunking, and cloud-based telephony integrations. The role leads complex escalations, ensures high availability and regulatory compliance, and drives strategic evolution of voice platforms across global environments.

This role is also responsible for the technical leadership, operational management, and continuous improvement of this team.
