In this rewarding position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work across multiple sites, bringing fresh energy and creativity as you design, plan, and deliver tailored programs that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

With five Residential Aged Care Facilities located at West Lakes, Seaton, Hawksbury Gardens (Salisbury North), Westminster Village (Grange), and Wesley House (Semaphore Park), UnitingSA offers more than care; we provide a true home for our residents. As part of this roving role, you’ll make a meaningful impact across these communities, helping residents stay engaged, connected, and supported in the places they call home.
