The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance

Let's be completely transparent. This is primarily a Lifeguard role, but we do not expect you to sit in a chair staring at a pool for your entire shift. We operate a strict 30 minute rotation policy.

That means you will spend 30 minutes providing sharp, visual poolside lifeguarding in accordance with STA guidelines. After that, you rotate into your Leisure Assistant duties, moving around the club to maintain impeccable hygiene standards, keep our changing rooms squeaky clean, and chat with our members. You get the best of both worlds, keeping our members safe and keeping your day varied.
