Legal Specialist

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. You will work closely with management to mitigate legal risks, ensure adherence to maritime and corporate laws, and facilitate smooth business operations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise management on legal risks associated with business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure company compliance with local and international regulations, particularly those related to the marine and offshore industry.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters and ensure compliance with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) requirements.
