As the Legal Specialist, you will own the end-to-end regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal framework of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all business operations strictly align with Indonesian laws, spearheading critical product certification processes (BPOM, Kemenkes, HALAL), and drafting airtight commercial and employment contracts. This role requires a unique blend of sharp analytical legal interpretation and proactive liaison skills to seamlessly navigate shifting government regulations, mitigate corporate risk, and protect the company’s operational assets.
