Legal Specialist

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or related major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Litigation scope of work and having PERADI/PKPA Certification.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Pre-Litigation and Litigation.
• Experience in handling corporate governance, contracts, or compliance.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations related to corporate governance, securities, and contract law.
• Willing to business trip in branch area.
• Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.
