Legal Risk Advisor

The Legal Risk Advisor will be responsible for ensuring adequacy and effectiveness of the legal risk management processes. The incumbent will identify the implications arising from potential and existing contractual commitments and will adopt a pro-active role to highlight and mitigate potential legal issues. The incumbent will also assume responsibility for providing sound legal advice to the Credit Risk Section while ensuring compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
