Legal Manager

Work Responsibilities:

• Dealing with the company's internal legal affairs, building up the legal system and process (including but not limited to contract, litigation, registration and change, intellectual property and etc.), and ensuring the legal compliance of the company's activities;
• Providing legal opinions and suggestions for the company's business decisions;
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising various legal documents and contracts, participating in the negotiation, signing and performance of contracts, responsible for contract management (like contract management policy formulation and contract archiving, etc.);
• Providing legal advice and guidance to various departments of the company, and organizing relevant training regularly;
• Assisting to solve relevant legal disputes, providing legal opinions to the legal disputes, dealing with the company's litigation/arbitration cases and formulating relevant litiga...
