We are on behalf of a foreign company in Industrial Real Estate, looking for a Legal Manager. The position will report to Head of Legal & Compliance. Job based in Hanoi.

Develop and monitor the Company's complianceEnsuring the compliance practice follow with requirements and commitments of relevant agreements, certificates and permits (Investment Agreement, IRC, ERC, and others)Ensure the mitigation of all legal risksEnsuring effective dispute resolutionBusiness Legal Affairs
Execute the business legal affair related to Group business activitiesLead all aspects of contracting process and drafting of legal documents (drafting, negotiation, review)Research legal issues related to Company's operations and Business Development activities (greenfield, JV, M&A, )Provide legal guidance to Company to anticip...
