We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Singapore office. This role offers hands‑on exposure to both legal and compliance work in the fast‑evolving fintech and digital assets space. The intern will support legal research, contract review, and cross‑border matters, while also assisting the Compliance team with day‑to‑day administrative and coordination tasks.
What You’ll Do:- Conduct legal research on financial services, fintech, and digital asset regulations.
- Review and assist in drafting legal agreements, including NDAs, trading agreements, and investment‑related contracts.
- Support compliance‑related matters, including regulatory filings, internal compliance processes, and documentation.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Legal and Compliance team, such as managing DocuSign workflows, tracking approvals, maintaining compliance records, and organizing documentation.
