Legal Executive

As the Executive, Legal , you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance in the review, drafting, proofreading of contracts, managing routine legal requests, and maintaining meticulous corporate records. You will assist with due diligence, contract administration, corporate record keeping, KYC/AML documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties. You will also provide administrative support for legal, compliance and corporate secretarial matters, and assist in ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of legal and governance matters.
