• Salary: up to $5,500 (Depending on experiences)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts using in-house templates
• Provide legal advice and identify potential legal risks
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
• Support internal legal matters, including compliance and governance
• Assist in managing intellectual property (IP) matters such as registration, protection, and infringement response

Qualifications

• Must
  • Diploma or Degree in Law or a relevant legal qualification
  • 3–8 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in contract-focused work
  • Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and legal advisory
