We are seeking an experienced Legal Entity Rationalisation Programme Manager to lead a high-profile legal entity consolidation programme for a rapidly growing UK insurance brokerage.

Following significant expansion through acquisition, the organisation is embarking on a strategic programme to reduce its legal entity structure from approximately 70 entities to around 10 within a six-month timeframe.
