We are recruiting for a Legal Document Specialist to provide after-hours technological support. The successful candidate will be client‑service oriented with exceptional technical skills in the MS Office environment and a team‑oriented mindset. The incumbent must be detail‑oriented, results‑focused, and possess superior proofreading and organizational skills, ensuring that finished work products are completed in a timely fashion with exceptional accuracy.
Major Responsibilities
- Creating, revising and formatting documents to firm standards
- Converting PDF to Word or Excel documents; cleaning and formatting the conversion
- Running various black‑lines/comparisons of documents
- Answering the Document Support line, monitoring inboxes for work and providing primary document support to legal assistants and legal professionals within the firm
