EQT's legal function is structured around four pillars: M&A, Corporate, Real Estate and Capital Raising. The Capital Raising legal team operates mainly across Stockholm, London, and New York — and, increasingly, across Asia‑Pacific — and currently comprises the team head and nine lawyers.
