Legal Counsel - Xplore Telecom (5+ yrs)

Our client, Xplore Inc., is seeking a Legal Counsel in Canada with 5+ years of corporate/commercial experience to join its high-performing collaborative legal team.

Location is flexible. Candidates based anywhere in Canada will be considered. If you’re outside the GTA, the arrangement is either fully remote or 1 day/week in office, depending on location. If you’re within the GTA, the role is hybrid with 3 days/week in the Markham office (2 days remote).

Responsibilities:

• Support a broad range of sophisticated and interesting corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Advise on compliance.
• Drive process improvement and innovation, including through the adoption of AI and legal technology tools.
