Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute-related matters.

This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, solid regulatory knowledge, and experience handling both litigation and non-litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Manage regulatory and licensing matters and ensure compliance with relevant authorities, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, and KOMINFO.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation solutions.
