Job Description

• Support and assist the Head of Legal of the company in the performance of his/her assigned duties and responsibilities
• Collaborate with members of other departments
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws
• Structure, draft, review and negotiate contracts/agreements in order to align with the company’s objectives
• Provide strategic and practical advice on contract terms and associated risks to the relevant business stakeholders
• Render legal opinions
• Monitor updates in the relevant legal landscape in order to timely and effectively implement compliance changes
