Legal Counsel

Position Description:

Legal counsel shall provide a full range of legal, compliance and maritime claim functions as well as other administrative support under the supervision of Head of Administration to ensure the functional operation of the department. The department’s scope includes general affairs, corporate secretary, legal, compliance, and maritime claim.

Primary Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Serve as the primary legal advisor on any matter affecting the organization. Provide timely and accurate legal advice to a variety of legal topics such as contract law, maritime law, employment law & etc..

• Contract & Document Management: Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, partners, and other relevant parties to ensure the organization's interests are protected.
