Now, we're looking for a Legal Counsel to support the business across contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and risk management. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsels across multiple jurisdictions to ensure the company operates in a compliant, well‑governed, and risk‑aware manner.

What you'll be doing:

• Contracts & Legal Advisory

  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal agreements, including franchise, service, licensing, and commercial contracts.
