Legal Counsel (Renewable Energy Business)
Position Overview
Our client, a leading renewable energy developer with operations across Asia, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its business activities in the Philippines. This role goes beyond traditional contract review and legal support. As a member of the legal team, you will work closely with business development, finance, and engineering teams to drive project execution and contribute to strategic business decisions. It is a commercially focused legal position with direct involvement in project development and investment activities.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for renewable energy and energy storage projects.
