Summary:As part of TMX’s legal and corporate affairs team, reporting to the Director, Intellectual Property and Commercial Services, the Legal Counsel, Commercial Services is responsible for supporting TMX Group Limited and its affiliates on a variety of commercial and transactional matters across the enterprise, including for the Global Technology Services team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategic Procurement team, business lines, and technology stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of high-impact commercial contracts. You will act as a trusted advisor on multi-faceted strategic projects and commercial transactions in a fast-paced technology and financial services environment.
