Summary:

In this role you will become an integral part of our regional EMEAI Legal Team, supporting a wide range of legal matters from commercial legal advisory to compliance stewardship. You will provide expert legal guidance to Momentive’s commercial teams and functions across Italy and Europe, helping to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while enabling business objectives. The role requires strong business acumen as well as a solid understanding of company financials and economic principles.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide legal support to regional Sales Teams on customer contracts and commercial legal aspects, including drafting, review and negotiation of customer contracts.
