Increase our global intellectual property portfolio through proactive registration and management.
Limit losses and manage risks associated with IP infringement claims and defensive IP processes.
Provide legal guidance across various business units globally, ensuring products are cleared for launch through rigorous product approval processes.
Handle pre‑dispute matters and active litigation regarding IP infringement in the UK and international markets.
