Legal Counsel I, Compliance

The post holder is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of legal compliance, regulatory matters, and governance initiatives within the Group Legal & Governance Department specifically to support the Corporate Division. The post holder will lead the delivery of compliance advisory, regulatory risk management, policy governance, and ethical business practices across the Group. Additional functions include supporting the implementation of compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory developments, and managing compliance-related matters within the General Assignment pool as directed by the Group General Counsel.
