Legal Counsel, Digital Infrastructure (6 to 9 PQE)

Our client is a leading platform within the digital infrastructure sector, with a growing presence across Asia Pacific. The business develops, invests in and operates mission-critical hard assets, with a focus on long-term growth, strategic partnerships and complex cross-border projects.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support corporate, transactional and commercial legal matters across the region.

• Provide legal support on M&A transactions, investments, divestments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements and related ancillary documents.
