Why we’re hiring
WPP is seeking a Legal Counsel in Colombia to support WPP Media agencies across the Andean and Central America region – including Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. Reporting to the Legal Director LATAM, you will review legal documents and negotiate client and supplier contracts to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
- Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts and legal documents for clients and suppliers, ensuring they are in compliance with WPP policies.
- Approvals & Signatures: Approve contracts and other legal documents for signature, and process the signing, filing, and serving of these documents to maintain a proper archive.
